Relaxing diffuser oil recipe

Let’s start with a wonderfully relaxing and calming oil that you can use in your electronic or ceramic diffusers.

I use a 10mL amber bottle which gives around 200 drops.  It’s one of my favorite diffuser blends as it smells literally divine!!

  • Lavender 60 drops
  • Roman Chamomile  30 drops
  • Bergamot 40 drops
  • Geranium 25 drops
  • Jasmine 20 drops
  • Valerian 3 drops
  • Neroli 3 drops

Using a pipette add each oil to the bottle. Mix well.

To use in an electronic diffuser, add 10 drops to 200mL of distilled or boiled, cooled water for a kettle. Run your timer for an hour if you are feeling anxious, having negative thoughts, or had a busy day.
