Essential oil hand cream blends

The skin on your hands works overtime every minute of the day. Essential oils such as lavender and peppermint are packed full of antioxidants, are antibacterial, and have soothing moisturizing properties. This first recipe is one of my go-to favorites! It’s so easy to add a few drops of oil to your favorite hand cream.

Lavender and peppermint hand cream

Apply to your hands and fingers. Pop on a pair of cotton gloves and relax with a lavender and peppermint diffuser blend!

This is a perfect blend to add nourishment to your hands or help with itching.

Mix 2 drops of each oil with a teaspoon of your favorite hand cream. Ones without added fragrance are best.

Lavender and ylang ylang hand cream

Add the essential oils and stir to combine.
